Patates Kızartması ve Sarmısaklı Yoğurt
I like potato a lot. It does not matter whether it is baked, fried, or boiled. When I was a child, like many other children, French fries was my favorite dish.

Even though I try to avoid fried dishes due to health concerns for the last couple of years, I cannot avoid French fries most of the time. There are alternatives for frying, like this one here, however most of the times I have only ten-fifteen minutes to prepare the fries.
French fries are good with many sauces but my favorite is yogurt with garlic. One reason is I love yogurt, and the other one is serving fries with this sauce is healtier. Both yogurt and garlic help body to digest fries easier and reduce the bad effect of the fries on the body.
Garlic is a well know antioxidant and cholesterol fighter, and as I mentioned earlier, yogurt is very good for digestion, and it purifies the blood.
