This is easy, yet delicious dish. It is important to use bigger mushrooms, since you are going to stuff them.

It is a light appetizer.
Ingredients:
- Whole mushrooms
- Shredded cheese (any kind)
- Corn
- Tomato
- Onion
- Olive oil
- Spice (oregano, black pepper, etc.)
- Wash mushrooms and separate the stems. Slightly oil the baking dish with olive oil.
- Put the mushrooms to the dish upside down and bake it at 350F for 10-15 minutes, till mushrooms release the water.
- Cut onion and tomato into small pieces and mix all the ingredients except cheese.
- Put the mixture inside the mushrooms and keep 5-10 more minutes inside the oven.
- Add cheese on top of the mushrooms and let the cheese melt and become lightly brown.
Serve it while it is still warm.
