This is one of the two most prepared soup in my kitchen. I found the recipe long long time ago on the web. I use the soup base for many other soup variations. Another easy recipe with bulgur. Turkish Tabbouleh (or kisir in Turkish) is very common as a salad for gatherings. Usually served with lettuce leaves.
The recipe makes for 4 servings and takes about 20 minutes to prepare. This is another easy and a healthy dish. Actually if you are vegetarian, this is one of the few options you will have during lunch meeting. You can substitute the ingredients with any vegetable you like. This propotions make 3 servings.
I ate spaghetti with grilled vegetables first at a seminar I attended, and like it so much. Grilled vegetables spice up the spaghetti, and they transform a regular spaghetti meal to a really delicous one. This is easy, yet delicious dish. It is important to use bigger mushrooms, since you are going to stuff them.
